Dear Soul Friends,
I don’t know where to begin. So much has happened in the time since I last posted and I have begun to write many different articles, yet none of them finished. What is the opposite of writer’s block? Writer’s overflow? Whirling word well? Syllable swirl? What do you think?
I have so many ideas in my mind and my notebook is filled with new poetry, but the wheel of time is breaking the speed limit these days, so I struggle to find the time to sit down and share it all with you. And in between I am working on my next book, which I get more and more excited about! All the more, I absolutely cherish you taking the time to read my words!
Where to begin? Do I start chronologically and tell you about the movie that brought me back to my relationship with Shakespeare? Do I tell you about how the death of actor James Van Der Beek has transported me into my teenage years and raised lots of questions in me about support and being seen? Or do I tell you about the wonderful opportunity to share my story with Love at a storytelling event in Galway? Or maybe I write about my day at a local café, where I spread some poetic Love on Valentine’s day. I could also share how I enjoyed channelling my poetry at the Holistic Fair in Sligo. Or I can tell you about all the beautiful events that are about to happen: Me hosting two talks at the Mind Body Experience in Dublin or entering wonderful new collaborations? I also don’t want to forget the little things that are truly the big things that brought me immense joy in these days: stunning rainbows, amazing books and so many beautiful people that I experienced all the above things with.
Maybe you rather hear the poetry that flew to paper between and catalysed by all these events. Which one do I share first, though? The one about Valentine’s day? The one that was inspired by Shakespeare? The one about the fire horse or the one about blessings? Or would you rather watch the talk that I held at the storytelling event? I could also write about the observations I made when I spend a whole day freaking out about sharing my story on stage. I could explore the patterns and thoughts that were driving me crazy on that particular day, and find a poetic summary to the madness. I could also write about how in my preparation for my talk, I wrote five our straight, only to struggle with shortening the words after. Fear not though, these words for sure will make their way into my book!

We can not rush the creative process. Writing, like all other arts, needs time and, in a way, space as well. Each time I sit down to write I feel the need to clear my desk or the table I intend to write on. I add candles and create a unique and inspiring scenery, that helps me to focus and connect with the field of flow. This process serves as a ritual. Creativity needs room to expand. Like manifestation, we plant the seed and then give the dream room to grow. It is not an act of doing, but a state of being.
Create
Creativity
is not
a result
that we see
she is
our innate
source
who
when we free
the space
flows through
us
a force unseen
a way of being
the process of
shifting
the gear
from sensing
to seeing
uplifting the fear
into heavens
of Love
Create!
Because you
are not here to be told
what to do
You are here
to create
this absolutely
amazing
artwork
of you!
Sadhbh AdameaThis poem flew just out of me while I was typing these lines, and I trust that these are the right words to share today. Interestingly, time slowed down during creating this post. Once more, poetry has connected me to the slower rhythm of my heArt.
I will for sure share all the other poems and insights that I had in the past few weeks as well, so bare with me while I disentangle the woollen womb of words, surrendering to the process of letting them be spun into strands of sound and story, while spring is singing their spells of sun.
We are creative by nature, and one of my big missions is to help the people around me to remember and access their inner artist. I am so delighted to be able to ignite the spark during one of my talks at the upcoming Mind Body Experience in Dublin. In this interactive talk I will address our need to immediately judge our art that we produced, as well as how to shift and make room for our creation to flow. Join me there on Sunday, 1 March 2026 at 11:45 am. Find out more by clicking on the picture.
The Mind Body Experience is Ireland’s largest holistic event. You will find it at the RDS, Dublin on the 27th, 28th February & the 1st of March 2026.
You will be able to enjoy 190 Exhibitors, and 170 Complimentary Talks, Workshops & Classes - admission free. The event is comprised of four different elements all in one venue, the Mind Body Soul Expo, the Yoga and Meditation Festival, the Dublin Wellness Expo and the Dublin Psychic Fair. In the upcoming days I will share more about where and in which ways you will be able to find me here.
I am looking forward to seeing you there and hope to see some familiar faces from last year! There are also some exciting collaborations coming up, so stay tuned!
Thank you so much for reading along and being part of this incredible community! I am so grateful for your likes and comments, shares and all the Love I receive through your words and through you receiving my words!
Have a beautiful weekend!
Lots of Love,
Always feel free to reach out if you need a helping hand, a kind word, encouraging conversation or simply someone who listens.

Sadhbh, thanks for sharing! I love what and how you share. In the words and underneath them. Creativity finds us. In poems. In eyes. In revelations. Love to hear your happenings and all the create. Anybody that gets to hear you present gets a gift. Keep creating! We need you 💫❤️🙏
I think you should not have to decide which poem to share, just share them all 💕 Love your words, the work you're doing to encourage others, and how it clearly fires you up.
